This 30 min Telehealth appointment is required for all new clients to Health Works Chiropractic. We are here to guide and support you at every step of the way. We will make sure you have all your information and paper work correctly inputted and also walk you through your new patient intake. This is also a great time to answer any questions or concerns you have. Once you complete this orientation you can book with any provider online or on Telehealth.
